i have a friend who has been going on diet for the past few week. i think she go on diet for about one month already. she's not fat but she think that she is fat. and she go on diet which she dun eat anything at all if not she eat fruits for dinner or a piece of biscuit for breakfast. if she buy a meal wiht rice and chicken, she will eat the chicken without the skin but not the rice. course she say rice is carbohydrate will cause one to be fat. she fall sick recently and look so pale for the past few days. she go on diet beacause she want to slim down her leg but i think by going on diet u only lose weight, ur leg wun be slim. she cried today course she feel depressed that she can't take p.e. she wanted to run today but she can't breathe properly. This is what happend when people go on diet without eating anything at all. they have not enought nutirents and off course they feel weak and have not strenght.
