3 rounds round the track without stopping followed by 30 push-up,30 sit up,20 puppies and 100 jumping jet.It almost killed me i swear. JC p.e kills.thanks god my teacher let me off as i was feeling giddy.I was excused from another 30 jumping jet and 12 incline pull up. i swear jc p.e just kills.
