yesterday was a sad day for all of us.there 2 unreasonable customer came back to CLUBMARC and ask for refund.the first customer tt ask for refund is beacause she bouhgt the bag had spoilt.so my fren was like telling them nicely tt they can exchange for another item. but she demanded for a refund.so my fren had no choice but to hand her over to my manager.so my manager was like telling them tt is our company policy tt there no refund.and they scolded my manager.wth.and my manager had no choice but to refund them. the second cusotmer is worst . she came back to exchange an item course she said she wore tt pant tt she bought is not nice.so we allow her to exchange. my fren was introducing her a dress and she siad she wore already look like a pig.wth. who ask her ot be so fat.ok never mind.nest she blame my another fren tt serve her for being a liar saying tt she wore the pant is nice.who on earth ask her buy.she can dun buy it what.so again my manager handle this .so my manager trying to introduce some black pants to her. she shouted at my manager infront of all our customer saying tt her hosue already got lots of pant.and again my manager had no choice but to refund her.wth.she like creating trouble there.but my poor manager got scolded.well everything is over.everybody was so sad yeaterday. my fren ivy who serve the two customer tt ask for refund cried.she worry tt mr mark my boss might sack her.but now she ok.so everything is back to normal.today sales was good. i hope htis month we can hit the target to get our COMMISSION. oh yeah, tml i am off. will be going to my grandmother house tml. i miss her so long never see her.=)
