o-level result are coming out real soon.but well i want it to come out fast so tt i can quit my job and enojy my chinese new year.

yesterday was a sad day for all of us.there 2 unreasonable customer came back to CLUBMARC and ask for refund.the first customer tt ask for refund is beacause she bouhgt the bag had spoilt.so my fren was like telling them nicely tt they can exchange for another item. but she demanded for a refund.so my fren had no choice but to hand her over to my manager.so my manager was like telling them tt is our company policy tt there no refund.and they scolded my manager.wth.and my manager had no choice but to refund them. the second cusotmer is worst . she came back to exchange an item course she said she wore tt pant tt she bought is not nice.so we allow her to exchange. my fren was introducing her a dress and she siad she wore already look like a pig.wth. who ask her ot be so fat.ok never mind.nest she blame my another fren tt serve her for being a liar saying tt she wore the pant is nice.who on earth ask her buy.she can dun buy it what.so again my manager handle this .so my manager trying to introduce some black pants to her. she shouted at my manager infront of all our customer saying tt her hosue already got lots of pant.and again my manager had no choice but to refund her.wth.she like creating trouble there.but my poor manager got scolded.well everything is over.everybody was so sad yeaterday. my fren ivy who serve the two customer tt ask for refund cried.she worry tt mr mark my boss might sack her.but now she ok.so everything is back to normal.today sales was good. i hope htis month we can hit the target to get our COMMISSION. oh yeah, tml i am off. will be going to my grandmother house tml. i miss her so long never see her.=)

wake up at 5 to send li-en off.she migrating to australia.i guess she had reach there.well went to the aiport everyone was so sad. pratically everyone cried.gave her our last hug and she went off. the next time meeting her will be like september.well li-en hope u enojy ur stay there and do remember us. i guess all vivian they all and us will miss u . zah dun cried too much later ur eye swollen. dun worry we can always meet and me and lisa will meet time for u.>3 then after tt me lisa and zah went fr mac breakfast.i guess the atmosphere without li-en is different.well.li-en bon voage .went ot collect my scholarship at 3. then went out at 6+.yeah i bought a jean.at least i bought something today. i am happy.=)

went out with eve and lin yeaterday to orchard to shop for our new year staff. we went home empty handed, eve bought many things course i think she loaded.=) have fun with the girls when taking pics.had a great day yesterday. well today early in the morning i went to see doctor. it such a long queue. my god why is so many ppl falling sick?i got my mc.the doctor believe what i said .lol then went to li-en farewell cum birthday party. the party was quite fun. alvin had to drink some lemonade with wasabi course tt his forfeat.we took lots of photos today.well will upload the farewell photos once li-en send me.oh mind tml got to work.

YEAH , I AM OFF TOMORROW. working is tiring.wil be off tml and taking mc on thursday.i will be attending li-en farewell cum birthday party so had to take mc on thursday.well, i miss all my friends.going to school tml to collect my eagles award and passing some guides staff to my junior.

went to work at 9.30. reach there around 10.10 course my dad send me there.had to wait till 10.30 before the shop is open.got to do some cleaning before opening the shop.well at first there were no customer.so they just taught me some staff and all. the people there is really nice. the manager is nice.well is very tiring . had one hour lunch time and one hour dinner time.then we can just slack around and talk when there no customer.close shop at 10.30 today. okie i shall end here. i shall continue tomorrow.got to sleep.
